Contract Duration: 1-year

Monthly Salary: Up to $2850
Work Location: Havelock Square, Singapore
Work Hours:

Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Alternate Sat : 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

Job Description:

Provide excellent frontline customer service and guide users through application procedures
Handle enquiries and support both walk-in and online application submissions
Liaise with internal teams and tech support to resolve service or system issues promptly
Monitor application progress, manage document delivery, and ensure timely service completion
Support improvements to workflows, update SOPs, and assist in inter-agency collaborations

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
Willingness to travel for field duties across Singapore (transport expenses reimbursed)
Strong ability to work independently, manage pressure, and collaborate in a team environment
IT-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
Singapore Citizens only
