Augusta is growing fast and is looking to add multiple interns to the team in the coming months.

Typical candidates will demonstrate the following credentials
• Education: top results from a leading university • Sector interest: a passion to work in investment banking with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector • Relevant professional experience: previous work experience in relevant sectors (investment banking, consulting, renewable energy firms or other transaction services) but other suitable experience is welcomed • Experience: 0-1 years of relevant internship experience in investment banking, consulting or the energy sector • Motivated: ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment • Maturity: ability to deal with senior industry counterparties • Enterprising: high level of initiative • Skills: excellent analytical skills with demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Languages: fluency in English and ideally another European language

Your role and responsibilities will consist of
• Performing in-depth company/sector analysis and financial modelling for both pitches and live mandates, as well as translating financial analysis into concise client recommendations • Drafting deal marketing documents as well as internal investment presentations and other client documentation where required • Assisting in the co-ordination of due diligence activities. You will be hands-on across the entire execution process including co-ordinating workstreams with other advisers • Firm-wide marketing activities including drafting pitches and building and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients
