Proposition Development Managers x3

Our financial services client in Chester is seeking 3 Proposition Development Managers. The team is responsible for crafting innovative credit card propositions that elevate customer experience, drive long-term retention, and fuel business growth. As a key member of the team, you'll spearhead the creation and evolution of groundbreaking credit card products, ensuring they remain competitive, customer-focused, and commercially impactful.

The positions will be for an initial 6 month contract and whilst ideally you would be onsite in Chester 1 day per week, this can be flexible to only occasional workshops.

The contract is required to be facilitated via an umbrella company with a rate card of £500 - £600 per day (to umbrella).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in credit card products, commercial strategy, or financial services products
Track record of successfully designing, enhancing, and launching credit card/financial services propositions that improve customer outcomes and business performance
Experience managing external partnerships and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Understanding of P&L and Financial Metrics (bonus, not essential)
