This role is pivotal as it marks the company's first dedicated sales hire, where you'll be tasked with spearheading their outreach and engagement efforts and if it's a good fit for you both, they'd be open to discussing a contract-permanent offer.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored IT solutions to their specific needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven track record in sales.
Demonstrable experience in selling outsourced IT services is highly desirable.
An understanding of IT solutions, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
