We're working with secondary schools across Newcastle who are looking for Teaching Assistants, Pastoral Mentors, and Behaviour Support Staff. It's hands-on, people-focused, and a brilliant fit for Sociology grads who care about social change, inclusion, and education.

Your role could include:

Supporting pupils who need help with behaviour, engagement, or confidence
Working with students from diverse backgrounds, including those with SEND or SEMH needs
Helping young people navigate school life and build brighter futures
Collaborating with pastoral teams, teachers, and external agencies
