Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in internal audit We are assisting a leading facilities management company to hire a dedicated Internal Audit Assistant for a 6-month contract (with potential extension depending on performance).

This role is ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment and looking to gain valuable exposure in audit and compliance.

What You Will Do

Assist in data gathering and analysis for audit planning.
Support audit fieldwork, including evaluating risks, internal controls, and governance processes.
Apply data analytics techniques (Excel, ACL, Tableau) to strengthen audit effectiveness.
Document audit work clearly with supporting evidence for review.
Contribute to drafting audit observations, highlighting control weaknesses, and suggesting process improvements.
Support in preparing audit reports, management responses, and action plans.
Assist in tracking audit issues and progress of remediation actions.
Participate in developing the annual internal audit plan and management presentations.

What We Are Looking For

GCE N, O or A Level with accounting relevant discipline is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound judgement.
Proactive, adaptable, and organised with good interpersonal skills.
Effective communicator with strong report writing skills.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Due to regulatory and work pass requirements, this role is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
