Security Architect – Network and Cloud Security

Join our dynamic production company as we scale our digital operations and protect the creative engine behind our work. We're looking for a Security Architect with deep expertise in network security engineering, system administration, and an understanding of the intersection between IT and OT environments.

What You’ll Do:

Design & Build Secure Network Architectures – Develop and implement scalable, resilient network security solutions across office, studio, and remote environments.
System Hardening & Administration – Manage and secure Linux/Windows-based systems, ensuring high availability for production workflows.
SOC & Threat Response – Collaborate with our Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect, analyze, and respond to incidents swiftly and effectively.
Bridge IT & OT Security – Understand and secure both traditional IT infrastructure and production-side OT systems (e.g., media servers, editing suites, and connected devices).

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in network security engineering and enterprise security architecture
Strong background in system administration (Linux/Windows)
Basic knowledge of IT/OT integration and security considerations
Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, zero-trust models, and security best practices
Experience working in media, post-production, or high-paced digital environments a plus
