Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Cisco & Fortinet networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Lead projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines stay on track.
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support, working with vendor TAC when needed.
- Use tools like AD, SolarWinds, RMM to optimize performance.
Skills & Requirements:
- Cisco ISE, Firepower, Wireless, DNAC expertise.
- FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer experience.
- CCNP & Fortinet FCP certifications required.
- Strong in BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2/L3 VPNs).
- Great communicator, team player, and problem solver.
