Executive Assistant Financial Services 180/day Inside IR35 Rolling 6 Months Contract BELFAST HYBRID 3 office days per week - 2 days working from home

We currently have a rolling 6 month contract for an Executive Assistant supporting a team within a Tier 1 Investment Banking Client.

This role would suit a confident Executive Assistant with experience of supporting senior level personnel within financial services or a corporate environment.

Your skills and experiences will include:

Previous relevant experience within the financial services industry or a corporate environment
Proven experience supporting senior level personnel
Excellent knowledge of MS Skills - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
A proactive, confident and 'can do' attitude.
Excellent organisational and communication skills

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Belfast

Contract Type: 6 Months Rolling

Hours: Hybrid 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home

Rate: 180/per day Inside IR35. You will be working through an umbrella company for this role.
