A leading global insurance and reinsurance company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based office within their IT Business Solutions team. The client is currently delivering a major transformation programme and requires someone to lead and support a system migration within an Agile environment.
Job Details:
Start date - ASAP
Duration - until June 2026 (with possibility to extend)
Rate - 600- 650 Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Location - London
Hybrid Working
Key requirements:

7+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst supporting agile delivery and requirements.
Experience with system developments, data analytics, and data transformation.
Familiarity with Agile projects and tools such as Azure DevOps.
Demonstrable experience using use cases, UML, and user stories.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Insurance industry knowledge and experience is desirable.
