Job Title: Business AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Global Banking Client on a Corporate Actions Project. The ideal candidate should have strong background in equities, understanding of back/middle office systems, and knowledge of corporate actions, the role involves manual processing, with a focus on analysis and scoping for the first 6-7 months, transitioning to development/go live in 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work independently in the UK, collaborating with a team of 5-6 members, including 3-4 business analysts based in India.

Responsibilities
• Analyse and scope requirements to extend corporate action processing to European Markets. • Collaborate with the team to understand equities, back/middle office systems, and corporate actions. • Manage project lifecycle and IT processes effectively. • Work independently within the UK team to achieve project goals. Essential Skills
• Strong background in equities. • Knowledge of corporate actions. • Understanding of back/middle office systems. • Experience in project lifecycle management and IT processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in SQL. • Experience in business analysis and support. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Understanding of project management principles.
