About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements across enterprise-level environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules).
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, status reports).
Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure solutions are delivered according to ServiceNow best practices and business needs.
Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on ServiceNow delivery.
Proven track record in managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
Strong understanding of ITSM and one or more additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC).
Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Based in Europe and comfortable working with distributed, cross-border teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Project Management certification or ITIL certification.
Experience working with global ServiceNow partners or consulting firms.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project tools.
