Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mgr., Performance Management to join our client’s dynamic HR team. This is a one-year temporary assignment designed to support and enhance performance management practices. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on experience in leading end-to-end performance cycles, especially within high-growth or tech-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement updates to performance management processes and systems
Drive planning, execution, and analysis of performance review cycles
Partner cross-functionally with HR, analytics, compensation, and systems teams
Build, test, and improve talent workflows and dashboards (Workday/Tableau)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine feedback loops and performance forms
Support strategic skills assessments and advise on modern talent practices
Lead A/B testing of new feedback methods and process improvements
Guide the team through performance strategy, planning, and year-end review cycles

Qualifications:

8+ years in Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR Operations
Strong Workday expertise—especially building workflows and performance tools
Experience owning and leading performance/talent programs—not just participating in them
Tech industry or high-growth environment experience is highly preferred
Demonstrated success executing strategic HR projects with minimal guidance
Tableau experience is a plus (not required)
Proven collaboration with cross-functional partners across departments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
