24 months extendable contract - GRC Manager Fully on-site in Riyadh, KSA, Big 4 client

Location: On-site, Riyadh - KSA

Type: Extendable contract

Duration: 24 months extendable - Multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic advisor on GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance and work hands on too.
Lead the design and implementation of risk management structures tailored to KSA's public governance models.
Drive compliance readiness across healthcare or infrastructure domains, depending on project allocation.
Provide actionable insights on aligning operations with local regulatory authorities and frameworks

Requirements:

6 - 10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions, preferably in regulated or government-facing environments
Strong understanding of KSA regulatory frameworks and compliance structures is preferred
Proven experience working with government entities, regulatory bodies, or public sector clients in the GCC region is preferred
Experience in either healthcare or capital infrastructure sectors is a strong plus
Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must
