LaSalle Network is hiring Help Desk Agent Level 1 professionals for a 6-month contract in Naperville, IL. This is a prime opportunity to break into the IT space and gain real-world experience supporting critical tech functions for an enterprise client during a high-demand season. We’re looking for self-starters who thrive on clear communication, excel at customer support, and can juggle chats, emails and phone calls with confidence. You’ll begin with two weeks of in-person training, then transition into a mix of onsite and remote work based on your assigned shift. Help Desk Agent Level 1 Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for clients, including password resets and basic tech help - Deliver white-glove service to ensure an exceptional client experience - Manage support tickets from intake to resolution - Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate - Escalate complex issues as needed Help Desk Agent Level 1 Requirements: - Office 365 familiarity and basic troubleshooting skills - Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) - Organized, proactive, and eager to grow - Available to work assigned shifts, including potential weekend and evening hours If you're hungry to learn and looking for a career path—not just a job—this is a fantastic entry point into enterprise-level IT.
