Client Overview:

Our client is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

This candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the company. This role involves various tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing reports and maintaining records.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Maintain and order office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Input and update data in company databases and CRM systems.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including invoicing, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is required.
