From huxley it, we are looking for one of our clients a supply chain traceability operations manager who is responsible for defining the strategy and overseeing the successful implementation and operations of traceability within the supply chain. The role also entails ensuring supply chain regulatory and business compliance in the areas of product and material traceability.

Job Title: Traceability Manager

Requirements:

Experience in serialization (preferred 2-3 years).
Experience in traceability/brand protection (anti-diversion, anti-counterfeiting).
GS1 knowledge and expertise (preferred).
Experience in the pharma industry.
Business-oriented individual.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain traceability strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
Establish and enforce supply chain traceability policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate traceability considerations into their processes.
Manage and guide a global and functional team responsible for traceability processes and systems.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure traceability projects are well-organized and monitored.
Monitor changes in traceability regulations and assess their impact to maintain compliance.
Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures for traceability compliance.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to improve traceability compliance measures.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance traceability capabilities within the organization.
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve supply chain traceability.
