We're hiring: Data Project Manager (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Data Project Manager. This role is part of a global project management team of over 30 PMs, reporting to the Data Portfolio Manager, and working alongside 100+ data professionals.

You will lead strategic data and analytics projects with a strong focus on CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) initiatives and referential data campaigns. Projects span across geographies and technologies, offering a dynamic and impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data projects using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants.
Oversee the development of data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership through reports, presentations, and steering committees.
Track performance using project management tools and maintain comprehensive documentation.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience managing data projects.
Proven ability to deliver complex data initiatives independently.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data platforms, BI, or digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
