Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line desktop support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripheral device issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Support user account setup, permissions, and basic security protocols.
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in desktop support or related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS; Mac OS skills a plus.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, VPN, remote support tools, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
