We’re working with a global law firm in Chicago that has been providing quality service for decades. The team is going through seasonal coverage gaps and needs additional hands.
This is temporary help on their Tier 1 Service Desk team. This is a customer support-heavy role, with 99% phone support, handling 20 calls per day. You will also be able to support a Windows 10 to 11 migration. Overall, they need someone who is comfortable jumping in on a fast-moving, high-volume desk. This contract will at least co through the end of the year.
Contract Duration: 4 – 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2+ years of experience working as a Service Desk Analyst
- Heavy phone-based support experience, providing technical assistance
- Experience maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
- Ability to solve basic technical problems
