Our client, a globally respected name in insurance and risk management, is undertaking a major transformation initiative at the heart of its London Market wholesale broking operations. As part of this strategic 3×3 transformation programme, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering business and technology change across a multi-year roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Strategic Project Delivery – Collaborate with Programme and Portfolio Managers to deliver business outcomes that align with organisational strategy.
- Drive Business & Tech Change – Manage delivery across multiple workstreams involving internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Influence and align senior stakeholders and sponsors with programme objectives.
- Workshop Facilitation – Run requirement-gathering sessions and steer solution design with internal and external partners.
- Governance & Reporting – Provide detailed progress updates, RAID logs, and steer critical path tracking.
- Resource & Risk Management – Secure project resources, track budgets, and mitigate project risk to ensure smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the London Insurance Market.
- Strong understanding of Broker and Carrier placement journeys.
- A good understanding of the wholesale broking side of London Markets.
- Strong background delivering large-scale business and technology transformations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels, including C-suite.
- Experience in governance, budgeting, risk management, and vendor engagement.
- Skilled in RAID logs, milestone tracking, and developing clear business cases.
- Certified in project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or MSP, with practical application experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory or operational change programmes (e.g., IFRS17, MiFID II, TOM).
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
