Job Responsibilities:

·Perform a variety of accounts payable functions under general supervision, including:

oVouchering A/P invoices with attention to accuracy and timeliness

oInvestigating and resolving vendor-related issues such as pricing and quantity discrepancies

oAuditing vendor master file changes on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity

·Prepare and compile documentation for wire transfer packets

·Process Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS) transactions twice weekly

·Apply payments for manual checks and wire transfers in a timely and accurate manner

·Participate in the rotation of weekly check run processing

·Allocate charges using TABS and process expense reports through Concur, ensuring coding accuracy and policy compliance

·Prepare and post monthly journal entries as needed

·Provide support during internal and external audits, including documentation retrieval and clarification

·Rotate front desk coverage as scheduled, providing professional and courteous assistance

Requirements:

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

·SAP experience is required; prior hands-on use of SAP for accounts payable processes is essential

·Solid understanding of the three-way match process (purchase order, receipt of goods, and invoice verification)

·2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance/accounting role

·High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

·Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems is a plus

·Team player with a willingness to provide support across departments as needed
