Job Responsibilities: Candidate database: Assist creating, categorizing, and updating profiles. Continuously update database and liaise with candidates on offering support, queries or concerns Conduct reference checks as required. Screening, profiling, and pooling candidates. Support in reviewing candidate main email as well as and navigating responses to candidates. Provide registration, documentation, and client submission in Talent outreach and management programs. Support for job fairs and external outreach programs both in person and on line Support on Marketing initiative to build Database Provide receptionist support and operate the phone systems when required. Support on client outsourced assignments and other service projects in pipeline. Minimun Requirements:, University: Pursuing degree or diploma Min 5 O’Levels, Strong on Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpooint A team player with excellent communication skills Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn Ref: SS
