Role: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Villanova, PA
Pay Rate: $26-28/hour
Type: Contract Role for 3-6 months, Fully On-Site
An Addison Group client is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant!
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate team events and operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Manage complex calendars across multiple teams and departments.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership, including the CIO.
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and video/conference calls across multiple sites.
- Handle meeting logistics such as room setup, IT coordination, and catering.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Lead or support small-scale projects and initiatives.
- Develop polished presentations and internal communications.
- Manage travel expenses, reconcile reports, and process invoices.
- Act as a liaison for facilities-related tasks, including workspace coordination.
- Support the daily operations of the executive office, maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience providing executive administrative support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
