Client Overview:

Our client, a start-up in the mortgage industry, is seeking Operations Associates to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Operations Associates will manage inbound/outbound calls, update client information in the system, gather additional paperwork needed from clients, and follow up accordingly. There are both part-time and full-time schedules available, and various shifts are open.

Responsibilities of the Operations Associates:

The Operations Associate will communicate with clients via phone and email.
Organize files, scan documents, update the system, and work with various departments as needed.
Work with internal departments to streamline client processes.

Required Experience/Skills for the Operations Associates:

Must have 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a call center environment

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Operations Associate:

Mortgage processing or financial experience is preferred.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma is required.
