Title: Test Technician

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

This role will work on the Lab & Infrastructure services team, and have a primary focus on documentation, with a secondary focuses on equipment distribution, tracking, and some testing of product.
They will be trained on our various documentation systems, including Infor EAM, WindChill, and SAP Ariba.
An ideal candidate would be able to learn by example and ask the right questions, and then be able to execute with minimal oversight.
Tasks will change daily as this is a service role, supporting the greater R&D organization. Job duties include :
Placing orders (POs) via Ariba
Getting the engineers' input and completing Request for Capital forms
Generating pilot work order documentation
Generating build protocol documentation and releasing via WindChill
Shipping and customs forms documentation
Equipment and Fixture calibration and PM work order documentation via Infor EAM
Equipment and Fixture distribution and tracking
Testing of the product using the ATE testers
Product configuration management (FW/SW configuration and testing)

Qualifications:

Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as DMM's, oscilloscopes, is a plus.
Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
