Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Communications Surveillance/Electronic Communications Platform Analyst in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Familiarity with communications archiving & surveillance platforms implementation and their integration with communication channels.
Experience with delivery of large projects in Finacial Services environment.
Ability to map current vs. future state processes and identify areas for improvement.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance obligations related to electronic communications surveillance.
Experience managing complex technology implementations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Proactive in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Experience of handling of sensitive communications data, including retention, archiving, and auditability in line with internal policies and regulatory mandates.
Archiving Platforms like Theta Lake, Proofpoint, or SMARSH

What You Will Be Doing

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
