🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for a First Line Support Agent to join our ICT team in Seraing. This is a fully onsite role, with a strict schedule based on business opening hours. The position is purely first-level support, with no second-line responsibilities.
🛠️ Main Responsibilities
- Receive and log user requests via ticketing tool or phone (Jira) use confluence alongside with
- Understand and categorize requests correctly
- Escalate to second-line teams when needed
- Keep users informed about the status of their requests
- Contribute to the knowledge base (Successfactors)
✅ Profile
- Education or experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and ticketing tools
- Basic understanding of networking and IT security
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
