Job Title: Data Integrity Specialist

Location: Houston, TX 77024

Pay: $30 - $35/hour

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Data Integrity Specialist for a contract-based role focused on provider data maintenance, reporting accuracy, and system reconciliation. This is a 4-month contract (with the potential for extension) and is onsite to start, with the possibility of hybrid flexibility down the line.

Job Description:

The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and auditing provider data across internal systems and reports. This role is part of a high-impact team managing complex provider rosters and supporting ongoing updates from projects, new contracts, and evolving network partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile provider rosters and clean up large datasets to eliminate duplicate or outdated records.
Maintain accurate provider profiles and update account information within Salesforce.
Perform data audits, validation checks, and quality assurance on system entries.
Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for data manipulation and report generation.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Assist in aligning provider data with updated UT Health contracts and partnership changes.
Generate and manage reports for leadership and project tracking.

Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables—must be able to demonstrate).
Experience in data integrity, reporting, or provider roster management.
Proficiency working within Salesforce or similar CRM/database tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
Previous healthcare or credentialing data experience preferred.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and organization skills.

Additional Details:

Type of Role: Contract – 4 months (due to hiring freeze)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite in Houston, TX (alternating hybrid schedule possible in future)
Start Date: ASAP
Dress Code: Business Casual
Work Environment: Corporate Business Office
