IT Administrator: Windows, Hardware, Break fix, Scheduler, ServiceNow

Our Global Enterprise client is looking for an Administrator to process leaver requests and Incidents/requests management of IT tickets.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: up to 30 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £100/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £112/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Edinburgh

Responsibilities:

Take ownership for customer hardware request and break-fix incidents.
Scheduling and manage engineer's workload.
Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required.
Able to multitask and plan schedules.
Accuracy and Attention to detail is paramount.
Ability to work under their own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure within a fast-moving customer .environment.
Experience of ServiceNow IT Service Management Platform.

Soft Skills:

Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
Capability to organise and prioritise tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
