Planet Interactive is looking for a
Partnership Marketing Operations to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 5-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid onsite in Beaverton, OR.
Partnership Marketing Operations Responsibilities:
- Managing Partner Relations
- Supporting partner portfolio and managing regular connection with External Partnership teams.
- Setting up cadence of product integration and processes needed.
- Coordinate off-sites and visits w/ Gaming Partners
- Managing Internal Stakeholder Process
- Supporting formation of a new efficient process for Internal Stakeholder inputs.
- Streamlining a Product sourcing flow for Samples/Product files for mapping in game.
- Supporting creating a Partner playbook for different Gaming partners for Internal Stakeholders
- Project Management
- Supporting key ongoing gaming projects from Cross-functional collaboration purposes.
- Both across Internal and with key Gaming Partner teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Take minutes and update action items for Partnership Meetings
- Track royalty payouts featured in game.
- Gaming Process & Strategic Support
- New opportunities unlock for the team.
- Ancillary support for Contracts and IP/Trademarks with different Legal teams.
- Manage Gaming Key Moments + Partnerships calendar
Partnership Marketing Operations Qualifications:
- Experience in Project (or Brand) Operations
- Managing meetings - agendas, scheduling etc
- Willing to learn
- Interest/experience in Gaming, Pop Culture, Anime
- Operational software (Airtable, Excel, Keynote ideal)
