Title: Collections Specialist (Contract)

Compensation: $28-32/ hour depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze outstanding invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of clients.
- Contact clients to collect overdue payments through phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Analyze client accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain reports on collection activities and status of accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and spreadsheet management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
