Job Title: HR Services Transformation Lead
Location: North Holland (Hybrid - minimum 3 days on-site)
Contract: Full-time, 38 hours per week

About the Role

A leading global retailer is seeking a strategic transformation leader to drive the global evolution of its HR Services function. In this role, you will modernize HR processes, implement enabling technologies, and establish a scalable, data-driven, and employee-centric operating model across multiple countries.

What You Bring

✅ Experience & Expertise

10+ years of experience leading large-scale HR or shared services transformation programs (>€20M)
Deep knowledge of HR processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, case management)
Strong technical understanding of HR systems, data architecture, and cybersecurity
Familiarity with change and program management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PROSCI)

✅ Strategic & Operational Leadership

Ability to design and execute multi-year digital HR strategies
Proven track record in managing complex programs from concept to adoption
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with IT, HR, Finance, and external partners

✅ Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable messages
Strong analytical mindset: builds business cases, tracks ROI/NPV, and makes data-driven decisions
Inspirational leadership and change management capabilities
Digital intelligence: balances user experience, technology, and compliance

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in international, high-volume environments (e.g. retail)
Demonstrated leadership in transformation programs
Technical affinity with HR IT systems and digital tools (e.g. self-service portals, AI tools)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
