Role Overview
As the Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical projects across our digital platforms. Working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with our strategic roadmap.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen, delivery leadership experience, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, operations) to plan, scope, and execute projects.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with effective mitigation strategies.

Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and team performance.

Ensure delivery governance, reporting, and quality assurance are in place across all initiatives.

Champion agile practices, helping teams adopt and optimise scrum, kanban, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and delivery partners when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
-
Proven experience in a technical delivery or programme leadership role, ideally within the retail or similar.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to lead multiple concurrent technical workstreams.

Experience working in hybrid teams, with on-site and remote collaboration.

Comfortable translating business needs into technical execution plans.
Desirable:

Background in software engineering, solution architecture or technical project management.

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, e-commerce systems, or travel/booking platforms.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.

Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe), PMP, or similar.
