About Our Client:

Addison Group is working with a reputable client in the Lone Tree area to identify a professional and dependable Office Coordinator for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, service-focused environment and enjoys supporting daily office operations.

Job Description:

This fully on-site role will support the front office by greeting visitors, managing tenant communications, and handling various administrative responsibilities. The Office Coordinator will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist in keeping internal processes organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests and tenants via phone and email
Redirect maintenance or billing requests to the appropriate internal team
Provide general office support including document review and data entry
Assist with tenant updates related to inspections, billbacks, and account inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of office support or customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fully in-office role

Additional Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Assignment beginning on July 28th
Assignment Length: 8–12 weeks
Contract Role
Free on-site parking available
