Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

Valid Driver's License : Clean record required
Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability :
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus : Build trust and create a great experience
Problem-Solving : Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
Determination : Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
Adaptability : Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $24.25/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
