Training Manager - Pharma - £450p/d (Inside of IR35) - 6 months

UK-leading Pharmaceutical Client now requires a Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of commercial sales training programmes.

This role is focused on enhancing the capability and performance of field-based sales teams through structured, impactful learning initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess training needs; design blended learning content and support major product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and manage sales training programmes across field-based commercial teams
Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to assess training requirements
Develop blended learning content, including virtual modules, workshops, and coaching tools
Support new product rollouts and market strategy shifts with targeted enablement plans
Measure training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and performance metrics
Act as a consultative partner to the business, advising on capability development initiatives

The ideal Training Manager will have the following skills/experience:

Proven experience in commercial sales training, within pharmaceuticals
Strong facilitation skills and comfort with both virtual and in-person delivery
Demonstrated ability to design and implement blended learning solutions
Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across commercial and technical teams
A performance-driven approach with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Rate: £450p/d (Outside of IR35)

Location: London, St Pancras

Duration: 6 months (Rolling)
