What you will do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to both lead generation and sales teams by managing daily tasks efficiently and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Follow up diligently with inbound and outbound leads through email, phone calls, or CRM platforms to maintain engagement and facilitate timely handover to sales representatives.
Maintain and update lead tracking systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring information is always current and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, calls, and product demonstrations between leads and sales representatives by coordinating calendars and confirming appointments promptly.
Monitor incoming inquiries across various channels, organising them effectively and routing each one appropriately to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and performance data related to leads so that teams have clear insights into progress and outcomes.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to guarantee consistency in messaging and uphold high standards of lead quality throughout all communications.
Perform additional clerical tasks as required to support overall team efficiency and contribute positively to the communal atmosphere.

What you will bring:

Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a busy office or remote environment where teamwork is highly valued.
Excellent organisational abilities that enable you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow you to interact considerately with colleagues, clients, and external partners across different channels.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms or similar database management tools for tracking leads and updating records efficiently.
A dependable approach towards following up on tasks such as scheduling meetings or responding promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing departments to achieve shared goals.
