Freelance Opportunity: Microsoft Engineer with Entra ID Expertise (Switzerland-Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance Microsoft Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) to support our client’s digital identity and cloud security initiatives in Switzerland.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
Support identity governance, access management, and conditional access policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to authentication and authorization.
Collaborate with IT teams on secure integration of SaaS and on-premises applications.
Ensure compliance with Swiss data protection laws and security best practices.

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity security.
Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Fluent in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
Must be based in Switzerland or have the right to work there as a freelancer.

📅 Contract Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6–12 months (extension possible)
Location: Remote with occasional onsite (Switzerland)
Rate: Competitive daily rate (CHF-based, depending on experience)
