Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor (Long-Term Contract)

Rate of Pay: 230 - 250 per day, plus paid expenses
On behalf of a valued, long-term client, Randstad is seeking proficient and experienced Asbestos Surveyors for immediate contract opportunities across South and South East London.
This is a superb chance to secure a long-term role on a variety of surveying projects. The position offers a stable, ongoing contract expected to extend through the rest of 2025, providing both excellent earning potential and consistent work.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys as required.
- Conducting re-inspection surveys to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Performing detailed surveys in communal areas of various properties.
- Undertaking asbestos sampling and analysis in line with regulations.
We Are Looking For a Candidate Who:
- Is a qualified Asbestos Surveyor holding BOHS P402/RSPH Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Has a minimum of two years of hands-on, practical surveying experience.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of all survey types and asbestos safety protocols.
- Is a clear communicator, highly organised, and detail-orientated.
- Can work effectively independently while also being a supportive member of a team.
- Is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards.
