CRM Marketing Manager
London (3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home)

The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the migration of the company's marketing platform and developing effective CRM strategies to enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager:

Oversee the seamless migration of the company's marketing platform to ensure a smooth transition
Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Manage and optimise customer journeys, ensuring a consistent and personalised experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives
Analyse customer data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Manager or in a similar role
Hands-on experience in CRM roles and experience with Braze.
Expertise in marketing platform migration and CRM strategy development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
You may have experience working within Retail industry or similar.
