Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and plant-based systems across multiple sites
- Troubleshoot issues related to microprocessor-based equipment, Windows systems, and voice/data networks
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and application improvements
- Monitor network performance, ensure system availability, and maintain data integrity and security
- Support user onboarding, hardware configuration, and access setup
- Document system changes, maintain compliance standards, and manage vendor relationships
- Participate in planning and budgeting for future technology initiatives
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in information systems, technical support, or technology-focused roles within operational or field-based environments
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues
- Familiarity with widely used operating systems and productivity tools in business/operations settings
- Understanding of network functionality and support within site-based environments
- Exposure to industrial control systems or equipment interfaces is a plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally between technical teams and operations staff
- Effective communicator with the ability to document processes, escalate issues appropriately, and support technology rollouts
