Job Title: HR Coordinator (Contract)

Location (city, state): Dallas, TX

Pay: $24 – $27 per hour (based on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a respected healthcare nonprofit organization in Dallas seeking immediate support in their HR department. The team is growing, and they’re preparing for a high-priority confidential project. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid HR background who thrives in an organized, compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding tasks such as background checks, I-9s, and references
Maintain and organize personnel files per compliance standards
Prepare orientation materials and help facilitate onboarding sessions
Create employee ID badges as needed
Conduct and document routine OIG/SAM compliance audits
Support file cleanup and confidential document handling
Contribute to a confidential HR project requiring discretion
Perform general HR admin duties with strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

High School diploma + 4 years of HR-related experience
OR Associate’s degree + 2 years HR experience
