About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing company in Irving seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an onsite, full-time contract role with the potential to last up to a year. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with consistent data entry work and using Excel daily in a supportive, team-based environment.

Job Description:

This role involves high-volume data entry and administrative support across multiple project sites. You’ll be responsible for entering and verifying time data, inputting information in Excel, and assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and verify time and project data with a high level of accuracy
Use Excel to track, code, and organize project-related information
Perform routine administrative tasks to support office operations
Communicate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate data handling
Manage multiple data streams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with a strong focus on data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic functions required)
Preferred: Experience in construction or similar field service environments
Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
