SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay)

+ Long-term contract available

+ Fully remote work

+ £550 to £585 per day

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the Preston office

Job Description:

Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions and supporting technologies in large, complex organizations.
Strong hands-on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
Knowledge and experience in integration between Compensation and Variable Pay and other SuccessFactors modules.
Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
At least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay deployment.
Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels within a client organization.
Ability to plan and facilitate client workshops.
Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
Flexible working approach, both onsite and remotely. Limited UK travel and potential overseas travel.
Experience with global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies.
