Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Industry: Corporate Training / Human Resources

Pay: $35–$40/hour (depending on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Learning and Development Specialist. This is a short-term contract opportunity supporting a global L&D function. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team where curiosity, initiative, and adaptability are valued.

Job Description:

This role will provide hands-on support to the Global L&D Director and Talent Partners. You will manage learning systems and support content development initiatives, while also assisting with administrative and coordination tasks related to training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS); prior experience with Oracle, Workday, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors is ideal
Build and assign learning modules, maintain course catalogs, and pull reporting data
Develop eLearning content using tools like Articulate, Storyline, or Rise
Help enhance the LMS’s functionality and train others on its features
Handle coordination tasks such as vendor invoicing and ordering meals for training sessions
Contribute to an efficient, team-oriented environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working with an LMS system
Experience designing or editing eLearning content
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn new systems
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
Comfortable juggling priorities and working across global time zones

Additional Details:

Contract Duration: 2 months
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must be flexible for international time zones)
