🚨 Urgent Contract Opportunity - Senior HSSE Specialist / Management System Architect
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full Onsite)
📅 Start Date: ASAP (Candidates must be available within 1 month)
📄 Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are urgently seeking a Senior HSSE Specialist / Management System Architect to support the development of a fully integrated HSSE Management System for a major logistics client in Riyadh. This is a design and build role-not operational or compliance-focused.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a scalable, risk-based HSSE Management System from the ground up.
Conduct risk assessments and regulatory exposure analysis.
Create a phased implementation roadmap aligned with Saudi regulatory bodies (ZATCA, GACA, NCEC, Civil Defense, MoHR).
Draft foundational policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
Ensure the system supports both construction and operational phases.

✅ Ideal Consultant Profile:

15-17+ years of experience in HSSE system architecture and development.
Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (logistics, ports, aviation, or industrial sectors).
Deep understanding of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 from a design and implementation perspective.
Strong documentation skills with a focus on real-world application.
Familiarity with Saudi/GCC regulatory frameworks.
Self-starter comfortable in startup or greenfield environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering, construction, and government stakeholders.
