Your Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of their customer relationships! You'll engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in account management or a related field preferably working with blue chip customers and with B2B Account Management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Package:
- Salary 35,000 - 45,000 per annual (dependent upon skills and experience)
- Account Manger's bonus scheme - performance related (after completion of probationary period)
- Probationary period - 3 months
- 22 days annual leave
- Hybrid working - 2/3 days office
