Description

Develop and execute marketing communication plans to support business goals.
Handle large volumes of data in an organised, efficient, and structured way
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Create engaging content that motivates customers to update their contact details and register for our online account management platform
Develop direct mail creative assets that align with campaign goals
Work with the Marketing department on administrative tasks as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends to inform communication strategies.

Profile

A successful Marketing Communications Specialist should have:

Educational qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience in delivering marketing campaigns within the financial services industry.
Strong writing and editing skills for a variety of media.
Experience in direct mail and retention strategies would be desired.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
