Interim Payroll Specialist
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will be required to have a proven track record within payroll services and execution/ownership of running payroll. This role is initially until August, before which an extension may well be available.

Previously worked in a payroll service delivery department
Knowledge of current statutory payroll guidelines and best practice
Ability to accurately calculate gross to net calculations manually, including overpayment calculations
Able to translate complex payroll information to a non-payroll audience
Able to interpret and present complex data in a range of formats to multiple audience types
Fantastic attention to detail, motivated by producing high-quality work
A proactive and problem-solving approach with examples of successful outcomes
Experience of handling challenging conversations/complaints

What you'll get in return
The client is looking to pay up to £250.00 per day along with excellent annual leave entitlement as well as hybrid working opportunities. The successful candidate will be subject to a basic DBS check and as soon as completed, will be able to start.
